HOME INFORMATION PACKS
Since the 14th December 2007 most new property which comes to the market for sale must have a “Home Information Pack” or HIP. The cost of the HIP is paid for by the seller of the property.

At Chase Holmes we have tried to keep things as simple as possible so as not to create un-necessary confusion.
We offer two options with regards to the purchase of a HIP which are:-
Pay nothing now and only pay on completion or withdrawal
£399 + VAT
or
Pay upfront
£299+VAT
There is nothing to be worried about with regards to getting a Home Information Pack, and at Chase Holmes we ensure that we deal with it all from start to finish, with no third parties contacting you. Unlike other companies who offer to “defer” the Hip payment, your contract is only ever with us and you not have to give any financial details to take advantage of it either.
When you decide that you want to market your property with us and have decided upon the payment option then our HIP co-ordinator will contact you and take you step by step through the process. No hassle or fuss.
