home information packs

As of 21st May 2010 the Government announced that Home Information Packs would NOT be required in order to sell or market a property. Any HIP ordered before the 19th May 2010 would not unfortunately be entitled to a full refund. However if the HIP has not been fully compiled you may be able to get a partial refund depending on what stage the process is at. Please call for details.

An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) is still required to sell your property and this can be easily arranged by Chase Holmes for you.
